TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms and conditions: - 
The booking only entitles the customer to take bus on hire. No ownership is transferred to the customer. However, all such payments towards hire charges, tolls, other state taxes etc. should be borne by the customer only. The owner will not pay any such tolls or taxes.  The rent shall be paid to the Book Tour Bus or to the driver and if necessary, acknowledgement of such payment can be obtained from Book Tour Bus.  However, the Book Tour Bus service provider reserves the right to demand and collect the hire charges or damages if any. not already made to the Book Tour Bus Service Provider or any person appointed by the Book Tour Bus Service Provider.

b) This order is subjected to granting of necessary road permit by RTA Hyderabad. If the necessary permit for the journey is not granted by the said authorities the service has right to cancel this order and refund the advance after deducting necessary expenses is any received. No interest shall be payable or accruable on the advance amount paid

c)For conformation of service hirer should pay initial amount as advance with out advance service not will be provide. 

d)In case the hire cancels this order sum of cancellation amount as per policy, and government Taxes and fees incurred on obtaining the necessary permit and incidental expenses must be paid by hire.

e) The service will not responsible in case of delay and inconvenience caused to passengers due to mechanical failure of the buses.

f) The decision of the owner or the booking person of the service or his representative in all matters such as calculation of distance travelled 

g) The vehicle will not proceed in any case beyond motorable road irrespective of the facts this an order is booked for destinations laying of (off tracks.) or off road

h) That in case the government increases the taxes or the diesel or oil rates the hire rates will be increases proportionately.

I)over seating of the passenger’s party is responsible and language is party responsible 

NOTE: All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad only.
